A Paris illusion

I saw this on rue Georges V. It is a fake facade covering a building being renovated. Gaudi inspiration? Or Dali? At any rate, I loved it and took many photos. The tree is real!

As I was walking the other day, I saw this happy Japonese woman taking a photo with her phone ... of a view that might have remembered her of home?

Le Senat

I noticed the design in the pavement as I entered the Senat (at Jardin du Luxembourg).














The grand escalier has seen many politicians, heads of States and celebrities walk up and down.


I think that I prefer this back room staircase to the grand formal one.
