Escaliers in Montmartre

When I am in Montmartre I sometimes wait a long time to take a photo of the stairs because I do not want people in the picture especially when they obviously do not look like locals.
When I saw this scene however, I found it just right and
clicked.
I had made sure that the camera was set on aperture priority in order to have that railing sharp at the top.
